Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Annie Labs, LLC ("Service Provider"), located at 2255 E Sunnyside Ave #581347, Salt Lake City, UT 84158, and the undersigned individual ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Services Provided
The Service Provider agrees to deliver the services ("Services") as detailed in the attached pricing plan proposal, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

2. Payment
Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the fees outlined in the pricing plan proposal. First payment is due on the service start date. Subsequent payments are due on the date of renewal.

3. Term and Termination
This Agreement will commence on the date of acceptance and continue monthly until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the Agreement immediately for breach of its terms if the breach is not cured within 30 days of written notice of such breach.

4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information in strict confidence and shall not disclose any confidential information without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through amicable negotiations.

6. Client Acknowledgement
Client acknowledges that they have read and understand this Agreement, have had the opportunity to seek legal advice, and agree to all its terms and conditions. By clicking "Accept" or signing a paper document referencing this page, the Client agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement.
